In my opinion, the most challenging component of a lunch interview is trying to answer the questions while eating lunch. The lunch interviews I participated in were much less formal, but I think having to answer the questions and worry about spilling something on your outfit is harder than a normal interview. Then you have the added component of trying remembering not to talk while you are eating, making sure you are not eating too fast or too slow, deciding what to order, and the list goes on and on.
